The BC Seniors Living Association's Seal Of Approval
The British Columbia Seniors Living Association has bestowed their coveted Seal of Approval upon Residences at Belvedere. The four main pillars of criteria for receiving this designation are excellence, integrity, leadership and true passion for the independence of senior living communities and providing exceptional services to residents.
“For a community to obtain the Seal of Approval, they are rigorously evaluated to determine if their safety measures, health policies, staff training, and resident services meet and exceed the high standards of the seal. After a community has earned the Seal of Approval, they are subject to annual assessments that ensure they are going above and beyond for their residents, staff members, and the community every day. ”
The assessor, wrote to Residences at Belvedere about the achievement by saying, “congratulations on achieving your Seal of Approval designation for the first time!! It was a pleasure spending the day at the Residences at Belvedere with your team.
It was clear your team is very dedicated and work hard to ensure the residents every need is looked after in their home! The resident meeting comments reinforced your leadership and dedication in making the community atmosphere a wonderful place to live.”
